HEATHER SHAW

For the last two years, I have taught fourth and fifth grade in the Jersey City Public School District. This experience has been equally challenging and rewarding, and has helped to shape me into the educator I am now. As I move forward in my career, I am looking for opportunities to teach lower grade levels and hopefully implement a structured literacy program. One of my long term goals is to receive my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership so I can one day make a bigger change in the world of education.
